Really important note about building your schedule!
Once you have purchased your passes, please be sure to create a Sched.org account BEFORE starting to build your schedule! You should be prompted to do so; if not, check your email and/or your junk/spam folder.
You will receive two confirmation emails:
1. One from Eventbrite: This is proof of your purchase.
2. One from Sched.org: This will prompt you to create your account and enable you to build a schedule that you can save, edit and print. Please only select one class per time slot. While building your schedule if you would like to add-on an immersion or an event that requires an additional fee you will be prompted to the Eventbrite page so that you can make an additional purchase. Once the purchase is made this class will be added to your schedule.
3. Your schedule on your mobile device is you “ticket” into each class. Please show your schedule to the volunteer at the door for entry into each class. If you do not have a mobile device please print your schedule and present this to the door monitor for each class that you are scheduled to attend.
Is there a submit button or confirmation that I should expect after I select my classes?
No, once you select the classes you want to attend, you are confirmed and your schedule is ready to go.
I can’t log into Sched.org. What should I do?
Try resetting your password.
How do I view my schedule?
View your confirmed classes and settings in the top right menu on Sched.org.
How do I set up scheduling for Multiple Tickets & Transferring Tickets?
Each ticket must have a schedule under a unique name and email address. If you purchased multiple tickets and did not enter a different email address for each ticket, transfer the ticket(s) by logging in to your Eventbrite Attendee account. Click the “My Tickets tab”, followed by “View your Order” to enter the name and email address of the person you would like to transfer the ticket(s) to and press “Save.” Now, the new ticket holder will receive the activation email from Sched.org to log in and create a schedule.
